Having created hundreds of different pizzas, Paul and Kaci are happy to say that almost anything you put on a pizza will be tasty. There have been a few exceptions, but you won’t find those on the menu!
Pablo’s Pizza has continued to enhance their menu, adding more pizzas, salads and calzones. The original menu had 13 pizzas and nothing else. The current menu has 28 pizzas, calzones, plus 8 salads and homemade cookies. We always accept suggestions for a rotating pizza of the week, allowing customers to become “pizza maestros.”
Pablo’s Pizza emphasizes using quality ingredients always. We believe that you get what you pay for with pizza. If someone is selling cheap pizza, they are cutting corners on the ingredient quality and that is reflected in the final product.
SALADS
Our salads come in small, medium, or family size (serving four to five) with your choice of homemade dressing: Ranch, Italian, Bleu Cheese, Caesar, or Vinaigrette.
A zesty salad made with our spring mix topped with artichokes, black olives, mozzarella, pepperoni, fresh cherry tomatoes and delicious banana peppers.
Romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, buttery focaccia croutons, served with our homemade Caesar dressing!
PiZZA
Pizzas come in 8", 12" and 18" sizes. We're happy to make half-n-half pizzas. We charge for the more expensive half.
Gluten free dough available in 8” and 12”. GF Cauliflower crust available in 8" only. **Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the dough hasn't come into contact with flour.
A delightfully spicy pizza, combining the old west with the new. Red sauce, mozzarella, fresh mushrooms, roasted green chiles, fresh spinach and red peppers, crushed red pepper flakes!
A Pablo's fave! An awe inspiring combination of our incredible tomato sauce, authentic basil pesto with pine nuts, feta cheese, roasted tomatoes and mozzarella.
Naturally with a title like this it has to be a very special pizza. Red sauce, feta cheese, roasted tomatoes, artichokes, red and green bell peppers, red onions, kalamata olives, fresh mushrooms, and mozzarella.
Lemon olive oil sauce, mozzarella, homemade basil pesto, marinated chicken, mushrooms, fresh red peppers, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers.
As John Coltrane fused jazz and spirituality. This pizza merges love and food, red sauce, mozzarella, goat cheese, homemade basil pesto, artichokes, roasted tomatoes and kalamata olives.
Every month, we select a local non-profit to support through our online ordering website. Customers who order online can “round up” their purchase to the nearest dollar, and those proceeds go to the non-profit. We match 100% all of the money donated online through this program. August: Sleep in Heavenly Peace- provides beds and bedding for children in Mesa County who don’t have any.
